Epstein’s Brother Rips Claims That The Sex Offender Killed Himself

Mark Epstein, the brother of late serial sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, is speaking out this week after the latest announcement from President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice.

During an interview on NewsNation, Epstein told host Chris Cuomo that he “laughed” at the Trump administration’s claim his brother killed himself.

Interviewing Epstein after the DOJ and FBI concluded there was no Epstein “client list,” no evidence the sex offender was blackmailing “prominent individuals,” and no sign that Epstein was murdered in his prison cell, Cuomo asked, “Mark, you do not believe what the administration, the Trump administration, is putting out about your brother now. Why?”

Epstein responded, “Well, every time they say something or do something to try to quash the fact that he was most likely murdered, they just put their foot further down their mouths. I mean, for instance, Kash Patel in the congressional hearing, you know, he listed his credentials as a prosecutor and other such things and he said that it was a suicide. He said, ‘You know a suicide when you see it.’ You know, that’s basically what he said,” Mark Epstein said.

“So the question that popped into my mind was, first of all, number one, how many suicides has he seen? Number one. Two, is he a forensic pathologist? Does he have a medical degree? Does he have a certificate that he passed a CPR course? Does he have a Boy Scout merit badge for first aid? What is he basing his expertise on?” Epstein added.

Epstein continued, “Contrast that to Dr. Roman, who was a city pathologist who did the autopsy, she came out of the autopsy and said she couldn’t call it a suicide because it looked too much like a homicide. Dr. Michael Baden, who was there on my behalf, who witnessed the autopsy, also concurred that it looked more like a homicide than a suicide. Now, was Kash Patel in that autopsy room? No. Was Kash Patel in the prison when they found Jeffrey? No, I don’t think so, and if he was there that raises an even bigger question.”

He concluded, “When Kash Patel came out with that statement, I laughed at how stupid it was.”

Trump held his sixth Cabinet meeting of this year on Tuesday and addressed several major topics, particularly his administration’s response to the devastating flooding in Texas.

Things heated up when a reporter asked Attorney General Pam Bondi about the DOJ issuing a statement claiming there was no proof that Jeffrey Epstein retained a “client list” or was killed.

The memo said investigators found “no incriminating ‘client list’” and “no credible evidence … that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals.”

A reporter asked, “Could you say why there was a minute missing from the jailhouse tape on the night of his death?”

Bondi responded, “In February, I did an interview on FOX. It been getting a lot of attention because I said — I was asked a question about the client list. My response was, it’s sitting on my desk to be reviewed. Meaning the file along with the J.F.K. And M.L.K. Files. That’s what I meant.”

“The minute missing from the video, we released the video showing … the video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide,” she added.

The DOJ has released previously unseen surveillance footage from the night Jeffrey Epstein died in federal custody—but skeptical viewers are already questioning the official narrative.

The video, published Monday by the DOJ and FBI, shows the hallway outside Epstein’s cell at the now-closed Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan on the night of August 9, 2019.

The footage, according to federal officials, confirms that no one entered or exited the area between 10:40 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. when Epstein’s death occurred.

However, online sleuths identified a glaring omission in the footage just hours after its release: a full minute appears to be missing.

In the video’s timestamp, the footage jumps from 11:58:59 p.m. straight to 11:59:59 p.m., entirely skipping the 59 seconds in between.
