I’m back on the low carb bandwagon again and one of those burger cravings hit. Of course, my bacon cheeseburger salad is always nice, but I’m getting a little sick of salad, to be honest.
To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 kilos of ground beef
2 cloves minced garlic
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, reduce into pieces
eight eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 package (12 oz.) cheddar cheese, divided
Methods :
Step 1
Oven warmth 350 degrees F

Heat skillet on excessive warmth. Cook, and stir-fry beef with garlic and onion powder till brown and crumbly, five to 7 minutes. Drain and take away the fat.
Step 3
Spread the pork withinside the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. Add bacon pieces.
Step four
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl till properly combined. Stir in eight oz. cheddar cheese.
Fifth step
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with final four oz. of cheese.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven till golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes
